With the continuous upgrading of the performance of CNC grinders, in order to meet more efficient processing, We develop and produce hybrid bonds for high fluting and other processes of solid carbide cutting tools for customer needs. The performance and processing efficiency compared with resin bond have been greatly improved.
Application: It is applicable to all kinds of CNC grinding machines such as Walter, ANCA, SAACKE, EWAG and Vollmer, and is used for high fluting, gashing, clearance grinding of solid carbide tools.
